How to complain about how we use your data
If you think Vana has handled your personal data wrongly, you can complain to us directly — no legal language needed, just tell us what happened.
Use the form below, or email privacy@vanalondon.com.
What happens next: we’ll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without undue delay and keep you updated, then tell you the outcome and our reasoning.
Your right to the ICO: you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk / 0303 123 1113) — you don’t have to come to us first.
If you’re under 18: you have exactly the same rights. Tell us, or talk to an adult you trust — and we’ll treat anything about a child’s safety as urgent.
Tell us what's gone wrong with how we've handled your data. We'll acknowledge within 30 days and come back to you with an outcome.
We'll use these details only to handle your complaint. See our Privacy Policy for how we look after your information.
