Delete your account
You can delete your The Guide by Vana account and the data tied to it at any time.
To request deletion, email hello@vanalondon.com from the phone number or email you signed in with, using the subject line 'Delete my account'. We will confirm and remove your account within 30 days.
What we delete: your account, the phone number used to sign in, and the places you have saved in the app.
What we may keep: a minimal record only where the law requires it, held no longer than necessary and used for nothing else.
